An anniversary held outdoors, entirely standing, entirely on passed service.

THE STORY

No seated dinner — a three-hour standing celebration built on continuous passed food and a two-cocktail bar programme. The kitchen produced from a garage conversion, sending a new item to the floor every seven minutes so nobody ever queued for anything.

STYLING

String lights, pale linen, rattan seating in clusters and low votives on every surface.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Ninety guests, no seating plan, no bar queue — the evening never settled into a lull.
